Liquid Concepts Pool Service isn’t just a pool company — it’s the continuation of a family legacy built on doing things the right way.

Owner Jonathan Kaplan comes from a family deeply rooted in the pool service industry, with history dating back to the 1960s, when his family operated one of the largest pool cleaning companies in Miami, Florida. Pool service wasn’t something Jonathan learned later in life — it was part of how he grew up.

As a young boy, Jonathan spent time behind the counter, helping customers, watching how problems were handled, and learning firsthand what honest, dependable pool service looked like. Those early experiences shaped how he believes pool companies should operate: with transparency, accountability, and genuine care for customers.

That legacy continues today. Jonathan’s brother also owns and operates a pool service company on Florida’s east coast, reinforcing the family’s deep connection to the industry.

In 2010, Jonathan made the decision to return to his roots and open Liquid Concepts Pool Service. He knew from the start that the company would be family-run, because that was the environment he understood best — one where responsibility, reputation, and relationships matter. Now, more than 16 years later, Liquid Concepts Pool Service has grown into a trusted, family-operated business serving homeowners throughout Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, North Fort Myers, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. Many members of Jonathan’s family play active roles in the company, helping ensure consistency, care, and accountability in everything they do.
